Since the empiric studies don’t show coincidence, and considering that the techno-phobia has increased, it is that, in the context of a wider investigation, we investigate if the age is or not associated to this dysfunction, in a sample of olders fellows (55 or more years of age) of Córdoba-Argentina. The study has been carried out with subject of 18 to 79 years, administering the Argentinean Scale of diagnostic of technophobia, in a final sample of n=305. The results indicate that the technophobia takes place as much in young fellows as in bigger adults, arising that the adults (30-50 years) they are the most anxious in front of the technologies. We consider that the association more age-more technophobia doesn’t exist, and that it is a form more than "ageism", sustained in damage of the group more vulnerable.
