El modo de presentación de algunos pacientes en la urgencia nos permite pensar al acting out como un “tipo” de respuesta particular a la angustia. Desarrollaremos en el presente trabajo una lógica de intervenciones posible cuando, no debiendo interpretar lo que se presume como un acting out, el analista es llevado cada vez a domesticar la transferencia salvaje de la que es objeto. Será entonces, el manejo de la transferencia el eje principal de estas intervenciones, en tanto condición necesaria para la posibilidad de entrada en un tratamiento. The way some patients behave themselves in an emergency (or when they feel they need urgent treatment) leads us to think of “acting out” as a particular type of reaction to anguish. In the following piece we will develop a logic of interventions that is posible when, not being allowed to interpret what is presumably “acting out”, the analyst is driven to domesticate the wild transference he is subjected to.Transference management will then be the core of these interventions, as it is the necessary condition to make starting treatment possible.
