En esta presentación se muestra situaciones relacionadas con el hecho de que las organizaciones locales, particularmente las que pertenecen a instituciones del Estado, son afectadas por pautas que circulan a nivel de la sociedad global. Los modelos de gestión, las imágenes de la organización, los esquemas de acción, que recorren al conjunto de la sociedad, se hacen presentes también en las instituciones estatales y en sus espacios de trabajo. Todo ello produce efectos en distintos ámbitos de las organizaciones, en la situación de los actores sociales, y en la producción de subjetividad institucional. In this presentation appear situations related with the fact that the local organizations, particularly those who belong to institutions of the State, are affected by pattern that circulate in the global society’s level. The models of management, the images of the organization, the schemes of action, which they cross to the set of the society, become present also in the state institutions and in his working spaces. All this produces effects in different areas of the organizations, in the situation of the social actors, and in the production of institutional subjectivity.
