El “Plan preventivo para menores en conflicto con la ley penal” es un dispositivo diseñado para la atención de jóvenes de 14 a 18 años que se encuentran bajo la tutela de los jueces por haber cometido delitos que en una alta proporción están correlacionados con el consumo de drogas. Está basado en la experiencia de Libertad Asistida del Juzgado de Morón y se puso en marcha como prueba piloto en el año 2004 a partir de un convenio entre los juzgados de menores y el Proyecto de Investigación “Sicopatología y actos delictivos bajo efectos de las drogas” que depende de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Nacional de Tucumán. Se trata de un trabajo en grupos tendiente a producir una rectificación subjetiva que permita al menor poner un tope a la repetición de las actuaciones delictivas, y de esta manera evitar la reincidencia y la subsiguiente internación en institutos de menores. Este trabajo presenta la fundamentación del Plan basada en la teoría psicoanalítica y las diferentes instancias de trabajo desde el ingreso del menor al juzgado hasta el momento de ser dado de alta del grupo. The “Preventive Plan for minors in conflict with the penal law” is a device designed for the attention of young people of 14 to 18 years that are under the trusteeship of the judges to have committed crimes that in a high proportion are correlated with the drug consumption. It is based on the experience ofAttended Freedom of the Court of Morón and began in 2004 through an agreement between the courts of minors and Project of Investigation “Sicopatología and criminal acts under effects of the drugs”.The plan started up like a test that depends on the Faculty of Psychology of the National University of Tucumán. The work in groups try to produce a subjective rectification that allows the minor to put a top to the repetition of the criminal performances, and this way to avoid the recidivism and the subsequent internment in ininstitutes for minors. This work presents the fundamentación of the Plan based on the psychoanalytic theory and the different instances from work from the entrance of the minor from the court to the moment for being registered of the group.
