En nuestro trabajo de investigación intentamos describir la factibilidad y las características del proceso diagnóstico en psicoanálisis en la población correspondiente al Servicio de Clínica Psicológica de Adultos de la U.B.A. Nuestro objeto de estudio no se limita a las vicisitudes de los pacientes sino que abarca la práctica analítica en si, a partir del testimonio que el analista nos ofrece de ésta. En este marco, exponemos un testimonio clínico en base al cual intentamos exhibir las dificultades de este proceso. El trabajo intenta articular tales dificultades, por un lado, con las divergencias que se presentan a la hora de precisar un diagnóstico. Por otro lado se delimitan los impasses propios de las condiciones especificas de la producción de un diagnóstico en psicoanálisis. Palabras Clave Psicoanálisis, Diagnóstico, DSM-IV, Caso_clínico Abstract PSYCHOANALYSIS DIAGNOSTIC DSM-IV CLINIC_CASE Our research intends to describe the feasibility and characteristics of the psychoanalytical diagnostic, on patients who belong to the population that attends the Service of Psychological Clinic of Adults of the U.B.A. Our object of study it’s not only the population’s circumstances but also the psychoanalytic practice itself, approaching the reports that the analyst offers to us. This work exposes a clinical report on the basis of which we try to exhibit the difficulties of this process. The work is focused, on one hand, on the difficulties of the diagnostic process on psychoanalysis that are created by the divergences that appear at the moment of release a diagnostic.
