Nos proponemos reflexionar en torno a la experiencia realizada en una Asociación Civil dedicada a la educación no formal de niños y adolescentes. Durante la misma, los instructores llevaron adelante la conducción de un grupo de adolescentes que se abocó a la construcción, cuidado y cosecha de una huerta en la terraza del edificio donde desarrollan sus actividades recreativas y culturales. Nuestra reflexión estará vertebrada por los siguientes ejes: - La adolescencia como momento de reorganización psíquica, en tanto entendemos este período como un tiempo de reconfiguración de la constitución subjetiva, en el que se potencia la capacidad de transformación y apertura a nuevas identificaciones. - El trabajo de la huerta como recurso transformador individual y colectivo. Entendemos que ciertas capacidades del sujeto se fortalecen a partir de la tarea grupal, siendo la construcción de la huerta un excelente vehículo para propiciarlas y consolidarlas. - La actividad lúdica y el trabajo de la huerta. Sostendremos la hipótesis de que el trabajo colectivo en la construcción y cuidado de la huerta conforma un espacio para la experiencia, al modo en que Winnicott trabaja el concepto de espacio transicional. Palabras clave Huerta, Identidad, Adolescencia, Experiencia Abstract THE ORCHARD, AN AREA OF TEST AND EXPLORATION We intend to analyze a research experience conducted by a Civil Association dedicated to the non-formal education of children and adolescents. During that activity, instructors guided a group of teenagers in the building, care, and harvesting of a vegetable garden located in the terrace of the Association’s facility, where the chidren routinely have their recreation and cultural activities. Our analysis will be centered in: -Adolescence as a time of psychical reorganization, as we understand this stage as the period in which subjective constitution is reconfigured, and when the capacity of transformation and opening to new identifications is potentiated. -The work in the vegetable garden as an individual and group transformative resource. We understand that certain capabilities of the subject are strengthened by a group activity, being the construction of the vegetable garden an excellent way to promote and consolidate them. -Ludic activity and working on the vegetable garden. We will propose the hypothesis that collective work on building and caring for the vegetable garden conforms a space for experience, in the same way in which Winnicott develops the concept of transitional space.
