El maltrato infantil constituye una problemática que impone el trabajo intersectorial como así también la incidencia de políticas públicas que den tratamiento a dicha problemática. En este trabajo se intentará dar cuenta de la perspectiva de trabajo de un equipo interdisciplinario de protección de derechos de NNyA, el modo de acompañamiento del padecimiento subjetivo y nuestra postura ante el rol de la justicia. El mismo ancla sus fundamentos en articular las nociones teóricas de maltrato físico infantil, abuso sexual infantil y negligencia, desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica, a los fines de pensar los efectos traumáticos que conlleva la violencia en todas sus dimensiones. No obstante, se impone ubicar las tensiones subyacentes entre las leyes que enmarcan el trabajo en el sistema de protección de la niñez, el interés superior del niño desde la institución judicial y la perspectiva de los tiempos subjetivos de cada sujeto. However, it is necessary to locate the underlying tensions between the laws that frame work in the child protection system, the best interests of the child from the judicial institution and the perspective of the subjective times of each subject.
