El recorrido propuesto intenta delimitar ciertas articulaciones posibles en torno a preguntas tales como: ¿Cuál es el estatuto de la creencia en el síntoma?; ¿Puede pensarse que el concepto de Sinthome, desarrollado por Lacan, es una de las formas de la creencia y cuál es su función?; ¿Puede articularse la diacronía de un análisis con la creencia en el síntoma y el sinthome, ¿cuál es su diferencia? La época actual y las presentaciones del padecimiento contemporáneo: ¿muestran y/o describen algún tipo particular de creencia? O lo que es similar: ¿Qué formas y funciones asumen en la actualidad las creencias, y su relación con el Otro y al otro?; ¿Existe una creencia fundamental? Ciertas aproximaciones pueden afirmarse de forma anticipada, a la manera de hipótesis o respuestas a dichos interrogantes. Las creencias desde el psicoanálisis no han sido lo suficientemente estudiadas o trabajadas desde los autores clásicos y contemporáneos. Si bien no ha sido desarrollada en profundidad, es una noción que sí es utilizada desde Freud en adelante para construir y avanzar en la teoría psicoanalítica como “andamiaje” de otras conceptualizaciones: falo, fetiche, inconsciente, fantasma, síntoma, análisis, analista y aquí agregaremos: sinthome. Palabras clave Sinthome - Síntoma - Creencia - Ética analítica ABSTRACT AN “IRONCLAD” BELIEF The proposed path attempts to delimit certain possible articulations around questions such as: What is the status of belief in the symptom; Can the concept of Sinthome, developed by Lacan, be thought of as one of the forms of belief and what is its function; Can the diachrony of an analysis be articulated with the belief in the symptom and the sinthome, what is their difference; Can the diachrony of an analysis be articulated with the belief in the symptom and the sinthome, what is their difference? The current epoch and the presentations of contemporary suffering: do they show and/or describe any particular type of belief? Or similarly: what forms and functions do beliefs assume today, and their relation to the Other and the other; is there a fundamental belief? Certain approaches can be stated in advance, as hypotheses or answers to these questions. Beliefs in psychoanalysis have not been sufficiently studied or worked on by classical and contemporary authors. Although it has not been developed in depth, it is a notion that is used from Freud onwards to build and advance in psychoanalytic theory as a “scaffolding” of other conceptualizations: phallus, fetish, unconscious, phantasm, symptom, analysis, analyst and here we will add: sinthome.
