El presente artículo se enmarca en un proyecto de investigación en torno a la noción de “horror al saber” y sus manifestaciones clínicas. La noción de “horror al saber” aparece originalmente en Lacan (1974: 329) como una referencia al fin del análisis y al pasaje de analizante a analista. Partiendo de la consideración del problema del final del análisis y de lo que puede encontrarse respecto del saber en ese momento crucial, nos proponemos realizar una aproximación a los estatutos que presenta el saber en Lacan y el modo en que estos diferentes estatutos se relacionan con el goce y lo real. Este recorrido nos permitirá ubicar las características propias del saber que causa horror y su vinculación con la noción de rasgo unario en tanto fundamento del saber como medio de goce. The notion of “horror of knowledge” originally appears in Lacan (1974: 329) as a reference to the end of analysis and the passage from analysand to analyst. Starting from the consideration of the problem of the end of the analysis and from what can be found regarding knowledge at that crucial moment, we intend to make an approximation to the statutes that knowledge presents in Lacan and the way in which these different statutes are related to the enjoyment and the real. This tour will allow us to locate the characteristics of the knowledge that causes horror and its link with the notion of unary trait as the foundation of knowledge as a mean of enjoyment.
