Introducción: El Psicoanálisis es la práctica que intenta subjetivar ese otro cuerpo que desfallece, donde la medicina no habla. El sujeto es una unidad psicofísica con una historia donde cuerpo no equivale a organismo. En la enfermedad orgánica aparece borrado, silenciado en su padecer. Objetivos: a) Re-conocer que no hay un sujeto enfermo sino un sujeto con una enfermedad. b) Dilucidar tanto el estatuto del sujeto, como el lugar en que se inscribe su enfermedad, su cuerpo. Material y Método: Paciente, 20 años, sexo femenino. Consulta psicológica derivada por nutricionista del hospital. Padeció cáncer de piel, sometida a 9 cirugías. Método teórico - clínico cualitativo. Resultados: Desde lo analítico, se pudo re-conocer y operar con la holofrase en la clínica, en una posición acogedora para el sujeto que lo sitúa ante un significante. Conclusiones: La Dirección de la Cura se dificulta por situaciones no reguladas por la metáfora sintomática que no están disponibles inmediatamente para la construcción analítica. En Psicoanálisis el síntoma no es una alteración de una función, sino el índice fundamental de la verdad reprimida del sujeto. La Dirección de la Cura está orientada a la escucha para la apertura del inconsciente, presentificando la falta en la transferencia. Objectives: a) Re-cognize that there is not an ill subject but a subject with an illness. b) Elucidate the status of the subject, as well as the place where his illness is inscribed, his body. Material and Methods: A forty-year-old female patient. Psychological consultation referred by a hospital nutritionist. She suffered from skin cancer and underwent 15 surgeries. Qualitative theoretical-clinical method. Results: From the analytical perspective, it is possible to re-cognize and operate with the holophrase at the clinic, in a welcoming position for subject that places her against a signifier Conclusions: The direction of the cure is difficult by situations unregulated by the symptomatic metaphor that are not immediately available for the analytic construction. In psychoanalysis, symptom is not an alteration of a function, but the fundamental index of the repressed truth of subject. Direction of the cure is oriented towards the listening for the opening of the unconscious, presentificating the lack of transfer.
