RESUMEN Las operaciones de distinción y de puntuación pertenecen a la constelación que, en ciencias sociales, ha sido llamada tradición interpretativa, o “tradición hermenéutica”. Y en el ancho y variado campo de lo que se conoce como “pensamiento complejo”, ambas son componentes de las novedades derivadas de la entrada en estado disipativo de las formas tradicionales de pensamiento, atacados desde diferentes ángulos sus fundamentos y certezas. Los procesos, las acciones, de distinguir, puntuar, y prescribir, como se conoce, implican operaciones de una concepción constructiva, que se aleja de la idea de representación. Este verdadero cambio de pensamiento ha obligado a modificar las cosas que consideramos “realidad”. Las formas simbólicas que vienen del “Phylum” tradicional, pierden preponderancia. El “paper” entregado va dirigido a la gente que trabaja en investigación, o en gestión institucional. Resumen en Inglés SUMMARY The operations of distinction and punctuation belongs to the constellation of what, in social science, has been named interpretative tradition or ‘’hermeneutics tradition’’. And in the widen and varied field of what we have known like ‘’complex thought’’, both are components of the novelties of the entrance in the dissipative state of the traditional thoughts, attacked from different angles their foundations and certainties. The processes, the actions, of distinguish, punctuate and prescribe, how are known, implied operations of a constructive conception, that gets away from the idea of representation . This authentic change of thought obliged to modify the things that we considerate “reality”. The symbolic ways that cames from the traditional ‘’Phylum’’ loose preponderance.
