Este trabajo se propone despejar el procedimiento y la intención de la interpretación para mostrar que, para conmover la pantalla que cubre la raíz real del síntoma neurótico, se hace necesaria la herramienta del equívoco que vacía la significación fija en la gramática del fantasma. Se puede leer en las nociones que algunos autores han introducido en distintas disciplinas una herramienta similar que indica un trayecto diagonal al que han nominado de manera diversa: lo obtuso, Barthes; el sesgo, Zizek; incluso la noción de transversalidad de Guattari guarda alguna coincidencia. La diagonal es de la misma materia que el equívoco, ambas apuntan a abrir el campo del sentido, a romper las barreras de lo obvio, lo plano, lo perpendicular, a contrariar la forma horizontal de la pantalla. Hay un privilegio otorgado al vacío en las ciencias conjeturales de este nuevo milenio del que participa el psicoanálisis y que indica una preferencia por el sistema inestable. Esto se puede verificar en el conjunto al borde del vacío de Badiou, o la teoría del caos, que coinciden en que desocupar o vaciar la adherencia a las convicciones fijas habilita el advenimiento de un orden nuevo, múltiple, flexible. Resumen en Inglés The purpose of this work is to clarify the procedure and intention of interpretation to show that, in order to perturb the screen that covers the actual root of the neurotic symptom, it is necessary to appeal to the instrument of equivocation, misunderstanding, which empties the static meaning in the grammar of the fantasy. It can be found that some authors have introduced in separate disciplines a similar tool, called in diverse forms: the obtuse, Barthes; the slant, Zizek; even Guattari's “transversality”. The diagonal belongs to the same subject as the misunderstanding, both focus on opening the area of sense, on going beyond the barriers of the obvious, the plain, the horizontal screen of fantasy. There's a privilege given to emptiness in the conjectural sciences of the new millenium in which psychoanalysis participates and it indicates a preference for the unstable system. This can be verified in the group at Badiou's emptiness side, or the chaos theory, which coincide in the fact that vacating or emptying the adherence to permanent convictions enables the arrival of a new order, multiple, flexible.
