Esta presentación busca dar cuenta de una investigación llevada a cabo en el marco de una experiencia institucional: se trata de la intervención clínica con una niña psicótica. El caso de María ilustra los efectos del tratamiento en cuanto al trabajo de la psicosis, que involucra el nacimiento del Otro y la emergencia del objeto a en la relación analítica. El desarrollo del caso muestra cómo la niña logra producir un movimiento de localización del goce que inicialmente se presenta desregulado: pasa de abrir y cerrar los ojos, como fenómeno de automatismo mental, a localizar en el Otro el goce de la mirada y de la voz en la alucinación; finalmente, alcanza una forma de defensa frente a lo Real que retorna, pudiendo formular un pedido: “No me mires”. This presentation looks for giving account of an investigation carried out within the framework of an institutional experience: the clinical intervention with a psychotic child. The case of Maria illustrates the effects of the treatment as far as the work of the psychosis, that involves the birth of the Other and the appearance of the object a in the analytical relationship. The development of the case shows how the child manages to produce a movement of location of the enjoyment that initially appears deregulated: from opening and closing the eyes, like phenomenon of mental automatism, to locate in the Other the enjoyment of the look and the voice in the hallucination; finally, she reaches a form of defense against the Real that returns, being able to formulate a demand: “Don’t look at me”.
