Introducción: Se analiza correlación entre Acting out e Intento de Suicidio en la Adolescencia, exponiendo un caso y una articulación teórico-clínica que articula la relación conceptual planteada. Se despliega conflictiva psíquica que lo atormenta y empuja a actuación ‘loca’, relación con el entorno y el Otro materno destinatario del mensaje cifrado. Objetivo: leer, interpretar, descifrar el IS, el Acting Out para enunciar el deseo Material y Método: Paciente masculino, 16 años, atendido en 2015 en Adolescencia Hospital Posadas. Buenos Aires. Estudio: Descriptivo. Análisis: cualitativo. Resultados: En entrevista conjunta, se abrió un espacio, Pedro pudo decir, enunciar su deseo, orientación homosexual y su terror a ser rechazado. A partir de entonces, se produce un apaciguamiento del estado de tensión psíquica habitual en él. Revela que tomó brebajes preparados con psicofármacos y veneno, no lo había mencionado, en las consultas realizadas. Conclusiones: Se muestra un primer tiempo lógico de desactivación de Acting, que han tomado la vía de la repetición, sólo es el primer paso con un sujeto con serias dificultades. Algunos IS son conceptualizados como Acting out, por lo cual leer, interpretar, descifrar esos mensajes y hacérselos escuchar al destinatario, figuras parentales, es de vital importancia disminuir reincidencia y repetición. Since then, an appeasement of his habitual psychic tension state has occurred. He reveals that he drank a concoction prepared with psychiatric drugs and poison. He did not mention it in previous consultations. Conclusions: It is shown a first logical time deactivation of Acting, which has taken the form of a repetition. It is only the first step with a subject with serious problems. Some SI are conceptualized as Acting Out, therefore reading, interpreting, decoding those messages and making the addressee listen to them, parental figures, it is of vital importance to reduce recidivism and repetition.
