El 14 de marzo de 1978, sucedió un hecho que en la época histórica de terror que atravesaba la República Argentina fue conocido como motín de los colchones. Fue recién a partir del año 2011, y por la intervención de Claudia Cesaroni y equipo, que el hecho pudo comenzar a ser resignificado y conocerse como “Masacre del Pabellón Séptimo”, permitiendo así no solo la reconstrucción histórica y jurídica de un delito de lesa humanidad, sino también la posibilidad de los sobrevivientes de relatar algo de aquello vivenciado frente a alguien que aloje este discurso. Este trabajo intenta dar cuenta de ese recorrido que tardó 37 años. Palabras clave Masacre, Lesa Humanidad, Testimonio, Verdad ABSTRACT THE MASSACRE OF PAVILION SEVENASA CRIMEAGAINST HUMANITY On March 14, 1978 an incident occurred that, during the historic era of terror that then ran through the Republic of Argentina, became known as the “Mattress Riot.” Only beginning in 2011 and with the intervention of Claudia Cesaroni and her team, was that event able to be redefined as the “Massacre of Pavilion 7,” thereby permitting not only the historic and legal reconstruction of a crime against humanity, but also the possibility of survivors to recount some of what they experienced to someone that maintains that opposing rhetoric.
