Introducción: Desde el origen de la ciencia, se significa lo transdisciplinario para explicitar obstáculos y disputas internas metodológicas, epistemológicas, de jerarquía y poder. Marco teórico: Psicoanalítico. Objetivos: 1) Atravesar discursos: jurídico, psiquiátrico, psicoanalítico e institucional para diagnóstico, tratamiento y rehabilitación en Salud Mental. 2) Destacar el valor de la transdisciplinariedad, como método de asistencia psicológica. Material y método: Paciente 18 años, sexo masculino acompañado por su madre, con oficio judicial solicitando tratamiento psicológico. Padece una travesía institucional, internación en instituciones cerradas desde los 10 años de edad y prolongada por 8 años. Aspecto estereotipado, rapado, mirada esquiva, rasgos rígidos, ropa ajena, respeto temeroso y discurso reflejo del estigma victimizante. Método teórico clínico cualitativo. Resultados: Comienza psicoterapia a dos meses de la externación, ha dejado de tomar psicofármacos, indicados en distintas combinaciones y cantidades durante su encierro. Logra establecer un subrogado paterno, que le permite distanciarse de su madre. Conclusiones: Se vislumbraron cuestiones hasta ahora oscuras: la mirada psiquiátrica ultrabiologicista, descontextualiza al sujeto de su entorno, lo arranca de la trama vincular, ubica la patología en el individuo aislado. Discurso jurídico, último decisor, ciego y sordo ante lo innegablemente iatrogénico y antijurídico. Medicalización como sistema de control patológico. Material and method: An 18-year-old male patient accompanied by his mother, who works as an official officer. He has undergone an institutional journey, eight-year prolonged hospitalization in closed institutions since age of ten. Stereotyped appearance, avoiding eye contact,rigid features,fearful respect and,a discourse reflecting the victimizing stigma. Theoretical framework: Clinical Qualitative. Results: He starts psychotherapy two months after hospital discharge, he has stopped taking the pharmaceuticals prescribed in different combinations and in varying doses during the confinement. He is able to establish a paternal subrogation, enabling him to distance himself from his mother. Conclusions: Certain issues obscured until now have been discerned: psychiatric ultrabiologist view decontextualizes the individual from its environment, it pulls him away from relational web and places pathology in the isolated individual.
