Se propone la creación y evaluación de un Modelo de Intervención en Salud Mental Temprana (MISMT) para el fortalecimiento del vínculo madre-bebe en una policlínica de Primer Nivel de Atención en Montevideo. Las investigaciones que operan como antecedentes dan cuenta de la importancia del vínculo de la díada madre-bebe en la constitución bio-psíquica del infante. Se propone aquí diseñar un modelo de intervención en salud mental temprana tomando como base modelos elaborados en la región donde se fomente la sensibilidad materna, en un espacio grupal conformado por 15 díadas madre-bebe de 4 a 18 meses. El dispositivo de intervención a crear contemplará al estado bio-psico-social de las madres participantes (mediante encuesta socio-demográfica) así como los elementos de riesgo y protección identificados a través del Cuestionario de Apoyo Social MOS y la sensibilidad materna caracterizada desde el Q-sort del comportamiento materno. Esta investigación concretamente apunta al diseño del MISMT y su evaluación. Se trata por tanto de un diseño experimental de caso único en la medida que en el contexto de una policlínica particular se creará y evaluará el MISMT. Para su evaluación se contará con un grupo experimental y grupo control, a los cuales se les aplicará en el pre y post test el siguiente instrumento: Q-sort del comportamiento materno. Previous research history operating as they realize the importance of the bond of the mother-baby in the bio-psychic constitution of the infant. It is proposed here to design a model of early mental health intervention based on models developed in the region where they promote maternal sensitivity in a group space comprised of 15 mother-baby dyads of 4-18 months. The intervention device to contemplate the state create bio-psycho-social of the participating mothers (by socio-demographic survey) as well as risk and protective elements identified through the MOS Social Support Questionnaire and maternal sensitivity characterized from the Q -sort of maternal behavior.
