Este artículo se inscribe en el marco del proyecto de investigación Cuestiones éticas de la psicología en el ámbito jurídico y otros contextos institucionales. Estudio exploratorio descriptivo en base a una investigación cuali-cuantitativa (Proyecto UBACyT 2010-2012, 20020090200148, Directora: Prof. Gabriela Z. Salomone). A partir de la prestación del servicio de psicología para una obra social, nos proponemos en este trabajo reflexionar sobre posibles problemas éticos producto del entrecruzamiento del discurso del derecho y el discurso de la psicología entorno al dinero. Ante el interrogante sobre la posición del psicólogo ante estas posibles problemáticas, el objetivo de nuestro trabajo será entonces rastrear en una viñeta clínica las cuestiones dilemáticas surgidas por dicho entrecruzamiento de discursos en nuestra práctica y fundamentalmente haciendo hincapié en el tema del dinero cuando aparece como obstáculo en la conducción del tratamiento Palabras Clave ÉTICA, PSICOLOGÍA, DINERO, NORMATIVA.
