Este trabajo se propone dar cuenta del marco teórico que orienta nuestra investigación y hacer una breve referencia al modo en que encaramos el estudio y la lectura de casos. Orientados en la enseñanza de Freud y de Lacan, nuestro punto de partida es que la eficacia del análisis no puede separarse del modo de concebir al sujeto y su padecimiento. Si neurosis, psicosis y perversión, así como las variedades de inhibiciones, síntomas y angustias son modos de respuesta del parlêtre al encuentro con un real traumático, (un real de goce y una castración real), modos de arreglo para suplir el agujero de lo real, que muchas veces producen padecimiento, la eficacia del análisis surge de acompañar al sujeto en las vías de hacer posible un nuevo arreglo con el trauma, un arreglo más satisfactorio y de menor padecimiento, sostenido no en normas o ideales sino en invenciones y soluciones singulares, que serán siempre sintomáticas ya que no hay forma de curar lo incurable. Ubicamos en el texto los conceptos más significativos a partir de los cuales pensar las condiciones de la eficacia analítica y sus diferencias con la sugestión. Palabras Clave Psicoanálisis, Eficacia, Terapéutica, Caso Abstract SOMETHING ELSE ABOUT PSYCHOANALITIC EFFICACY This paper aims to expose the theoretical framework that guides our research, and to make a brief reference to the way we approach the study and reading case. Focused on Freud and Lacan teaching, our starting point is that the effectiveness of analysis can not be separated from the way of conceiving the subject and his suffering. If neurosis, psychosis and perversion, as well as varieties of inhibitions, symptoms and angst, are ways the parlêtre response to the traumatic encounter with a real (a real jouissance and real castration), and these are different solutions to fill the hole in Real order wich often cause suffering,then the efficacy of psychoanalysis resulted from accompaniment the subject in the way of making possible a new solution to the trauma, a more satisfactory arrangement and with less suffering. This movement must not be based in rules or ideals but on singular inventions and solutions, which are always symptomatic because there is no way to cure the incurable. We locate in the text the most significant concepts, from these we can think the conditions of the analytical efficacy and its differences from the suggestion.
