The theater of performances: rural political leadership within the framework of law

Resumen
Within the political action and the new theoretical constructions, there are levels of global, national, regional, local leadership exercises and in social organizations, micro-leadershipsand rural leaderships, each one with styles and qualities differentiated by their real context. In this perspective, we proceed within the framework of the right to describe potential attributes that support leadership in their different political actionswithin their leading organizations. In the first instance, the political performance of the rural leader is analyzed using meticulous field observation, previously elaborated a field observation guide to collect objective, detailed and nuclear informationin the different meetings or assemblies in which they interact with their peers, which what his followers and opponents think. Next, his political performance in one area is specified, and as a leader in another scenario where his potentialities and shortcomings are reflected with diaphanous clarity, the reasons that the people around him consider as such. Finally, the result of this work seeks to improve the political and leadership actions in similar organizations as a support to generate greater change and development, achieving efficiency, saving time and money, while at the same time making the breeding ground for human talent, each time with higher performance
