El trabajo que sigue es producto de una práctica profesional y de una investigación desarrollada simultáneamente durante el año 2010 en la Tecnicatura en Gestión universitaria (TGU) especialmente diseñada por la universidad de la República del Uruguay (UDELAR) para atender la demanda de sus funcionarios acorde con los principios de formación permanente y profesionalización de sus trabajadores. Quien suscribe esta comunicación forma parte de un grupo docente que asumió la responsabilidad de dictar el taller de Metodología del Aprendizaje. Los resultados presentados son producto de tales intervenciones en dos de esos talleres. La investigación se enmarca en un análisis institucional, un abordaje crítico, interdisciplinario, hermenéutico y complejo que intenta comprender lo que sucede en las instituciones, grupos y sujetos que las componen. Las técnicas utilizadas permitieron visualizar que los funcionarios-estudiantes no eran los estudiantes “tradicionales” de grado. El dispositivo de taller permitió la emergencia de subjetividades en las que la institución UDELAR parece imbricarse con fuerza en las identidades personales atravesadas de historias familiares, sufrimientos y juicios de valor que quizás debieran atenderse al pretender continuar cumpliendo las tareas institucionales. The presented results are a product of such interventions in two of these workshops. The investigation places in an institutional analysis, a critical, interdisciplinary, hermeneutic and complex boarding that tries to understand what happens in the institutions, groups and subjects that compose them. The used technologies allowed to visualize that the civil servants - students were not the “traditional” students of degree. The device of workshop allowed the emergency of subjectivities in which the institution UDELAR seems to be interwoven strongly in the personal crossed identities of familiar histories, sufferings and judgments of value that probably must be attended on having tried to continue fulfilling the institutional tasks.
