Las universidades vienen promoviendo políticas para fortalecer el ingreso universitario y el acceso a la educación superior, pero cuando pensamos en estudiantes con discapacidad, además de facilitar el acceso, se deben garantizar derechos y posibilidades reales de acceso a un proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje con perspectiva de accesibilidad, que responda a la diversidad de situaciones. Este trabajo forma parte del avance de la investigación titulada EXPERIENCIAS DE EDUCACIÓN INCLUSIVA EN LA FACULTAD DE PSICOLOGÍA UNC, que se propone recuperar las experiencias de educación inclusiva desde las voces de docentes del ciclo básico de la Facultad de Psicología. Entre sus objetivos pretende indagar las necesidades de formación académica específica sobre discapacidad y accesibilidad de docentes de la Facultad. Relevar el conocimiento de legislaciones, y normativas referidas a políticas de accesibilidad en Educación Superior. El estudio es descriptivo y cualitativo. Para la recolección de la información, en una primera etapa se aplica un cuestionario ad hoc y entrevistas semi-estructuradas. Entre algunos de los primeros resultados se identifica de parte de docentes el dimensionar los desafíos que enfrentan día a día las/os estudiantes con discapacidad en su formación, poder reconocer prácticas inclusivas que vienen desarrollando para el estudiantado con y sin discapacidad. EXPERIENCES OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN THE FACULTAD DE PSICOLOGÍA OF THE UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE CÓRDOBA Universities have been promoting policies to strengthen university admissions and access to higher education, but when we consider students with disabilities, in addition to facilitating access, we must guarantee rights and real opportunities for access to a teaching-learning process with an accessibility perspective that responds to the diversity of situations. This work is part of the progress of the research titled EXPERIENCES OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN THE FACULTAD DE PSICOLOGIA AT UNC, which aims to recover the experiences of inclusive education from the perspective of teachers in the basic cycle of the FACULTAD DE PSICOLOGÍA. Among its objectives are to investigate the specific academic training needs on disability and accessibility among faculty members at the Faculty of Psychology. It also aims to assess knowledge of legislation and regulations regarding accessibility policies in Higher Education. The study is descriptive and qualitative. To collect data, an ad hoc questionnaire and semistructured interviews are used in the first stage. Among some of the initial outcomes identified by teachers is the recognition of the challenges that students with disabilities face daily in their education, and the recognition of inclusive practices they have been developing for students with and without disabilities.
