Este artículo indaga en la noción de horror al saber a partir de su vertiente de afecto, en el marco del proyecto de investigación UBACyT “Delimitación de la noción de horror al saber y sus manifestaciones clínicas” (Muraro y Alomo, 2023). Iniciamos el recorrido delimitando el afecto de horror dentro del campo de la angustia, destacando, por un lado, sus vínculos con los afectos de terror, lo unheimlich y la angustia traumática, y, por otro lado, señalando su relación de antagonismo con la angustia señal o apronte angustiado, a partir de considerar el factor sorpresa como invariante estructural de su presentación clínica. Luego, abordamos su articulación con el objeto a en tanto objeto en plus y a partir de su estatuto de objeto anterior a la constitución del objeto común. Como consideración final, indicamos las vías por donde continuar nuestros desarrollos en torno a la noción de horror al saber a partir de las nociones de lo intolerable y del objeto cercenado. Palabras clave Horror - Angustia - Objeto a - Goce ABSTRACT CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE AFFECT OF HORROR This article explores the notion of horror of knowledge from its affective perspective, within the framework of the UBACyT research project “Delimitation of the notion of horror of knowledge and its clinical manifestations” (Muraro y Alomo, 2023). We begin by delimiting the affect of horror within the field of anguish, highlighting, on one hand, its links with the affects of terror, the unheimlich, and traumatic anxiety, and, on the other, pointing out its antagonistic relationship with signal anxiety or anguished readiness, based on the consideration of the element of surprise as a structural invariant of its clinical presentation. We then address its articulation with the object a as an object in plus and based on its status as an object that precedes the constitution of the common object. As a final consideration, we indicate the lines for continuing our development of the notion of horror of knowledge based on the notions of the intolerable and the severed object.
