En el marco del proyecto de investigación acreditado por la UNLP titulado:“Reacción Terapéutica Negativa en Psicoanálisis: variedades clínicas y problemas técnicos. Este trabajo articula uno de los ejes propuestos para aprehender clínicamente la RTN: Diferencias entre RTN y la dimensión de lo “incurable” más allá de los ideales terapéuticos. Nos interesa considerar la naturaleza ética que es dable atribuir al “no progreso” que, puede encarnar para el analizante lo inercial del goce inherente al síntoma. En el curso del trabajo de investigación formalizamos la construcción del caso, bajo transferencia, como tarea que exige el “acto analítico lacaniano no responder a un estándar sino a la singularidad del caso” (Viganó 2023, p 74). Más aún cuando partiendo del “No hay caso paradigma de la RTN” (Volta 2023) nos propusimos estudiar sus variedades. Iniciamos con lo planteado sobre la RTN en los comienzos de su Enseñanza (Lacan 1953) hacia su quinto seminario donde se acentúa el problema al deseo para ciertos sujetos que han sido “niños no deseados” y su nexo con la RTN (Lacan 1957). Finalmente, en el Seminario sobre La ética (Lacan 1957), interrogar el rechazo al propio goce y su nexo al masoquismo estructural (Freud 1924). Palabras clave Ética - Psicoanálisis - RTN - Clinica psicoanalítica ABSTRACT THE RTN AS A SUBJECT MATTER SUBJECT TO ETHICS The framework of the research project accredited by UNLP titled: ‘Negative Therapeutic Reaction in Psychoanalysis: clinical varieties and technical problems.’ This work articulates one of the proposed axes to clinically understand the NTR: Differences between NTR and the dimension of the ‘incurable’ beyond therapeutic ideals. It conside the ethical nature that can be attributed to the ‘no progress’ which may embody for the analysand the inertial aspect of the enjoyment inherent in the symptom. This research work, we formalized the construction of the case as a task that demands the ‘Lacanian analytical act not to respond to a standard but to the singularity of the case’ (Viganó 2023, p. 74). Even more so, starting from ‘There is no case as a paradigm of the RTN’ (Volta 2023), we set out to study its varieties. We began with what was stated about the RTN at the beginning of its Teaching (Lacan 1953) towards its fifth seminar where the problem of desire is emphasized for certain subjects who have been ‘unwanted children’ and their link with the RTN (Lacan 1957). Finally, in the Seminar on Ethics, Lacan questioning the rejection of one’s own enjoyment takes on and the structural masochism (Freud 1924).
