En el presente trabajo se aborda un material clínico perteneciente al ámbito hospitalario, de un paciente de 8 años de edad, llamado Tomás. Es derivado del servicio de pediatría por diagnóstico de obesidad mórbida, hipertensión y conductas de mal comportamiento en el espacio áulico. El mismo tiene por objeto la articulación entre la viñeta y los conceptos teóricos de diferentes autores a partir de coordenadas que puedan vislumbrar la posición del paciente, respecto al goce del Otro. Orientados desde allí se piensa en los movimientos posibles, tanto para el sujeto como a nivel familiar, en un contexto de vulnerabilidad, mediante el desarrollo del dispositivo terapéutico adecuado para este caso. He is referred from the pediatrics service due to a diagnosis of morbid obesity, hypertension and misbehavior in the classroom. The aim of the study is the articulation between the vignette and the theoretical concepts of different authors from coordinates that can glimpse the patient’s position, with respect to the jouissance of the Other. Oriented from there, we think of the possible movements, both for the subject and at family level, in a context of vulnerability, through the development of the therapeutic device, suitable for this case.
