El objetivo de este trabajo es responder si la Inteligencia Artificial puede crear arte, analizando esta pregunta desde la perspectiva de la psicología sistémica. Se definirá primero a qué se entiende como Inteligencia Artificial, indicando que tiene la capacidad de crear obras novedosas (no solo hace copias) y que no tiene consciencia de sí mismas. Luego se ofrecen dos definiciones de arte, una más ligada a la técnica y al artista y la segunda más enfocada en el efecto en el espectador. En el siguiente apartado se citan a autores que proponen que la inteligencia artificial tiene capacidad creativa. El anteúltimo apartado toma al construccionismo social para reconocer que ni hay una única respuesta ante la pregunta directriz del trabajo y se toma el concepto de fenómeno emergente para estudiar el efecto de la obra en el espectador. Se concluye afirmando que la Inteligencia artificial puede emular todas las propiedades de la obra pero no puede tener la intención de producir una experiencia estética o una idea y se sosteniendo la tensión entre los discursos aceptan que la inteligencia artificial puede crear arte y los que lo rechazan. A SYSTEMIC RESPONSE The objective of this paper is to answer whether Artificial Intelligence can create art, analyzing this question from the perspective of systemic psychology. It will first define what is meant by Artificial Intelligence, indicating that it has the ability to create novel works (not just copies) and that it lacks self-awareness. Two definitions of art are then offered, one more closely linked to technique and the artist, and the second more focused on the effect on the viewer. The following section cites authors who propose that Artificial Intelligence has creative capacity. The penultimate section uses social constructionism to recognize that there is no single answer to the guiding question of this paper and uses the concept of emergent phenomena to study the effect of the work on the viewer. It concludes by stating that Artificial Intelligence can emulate all the properties of the work but cannot intend to produce an aesthetic experience or an idea, sustaining the tension between the accepted discourses that artificial intelligence can create art and those that reject it.
