La ansiedad al conducir puede impactar negativamente en la movilidad y la calidad de vida percibida. Por ello, resulta fundamental contar con instrumentos adecuados para su evaluación. Actualmente, uno de los más utilizados a nivel internacional es la Driving Behavior Survey. El objetivo del presente trabajo es presentar la adaptación y validación de contenido de la adaptación argentina de dicha técnica. Para la redacción de los ítems en español, se realizó una traducción directa a cargo de tres traductores independientes con formación en psicología. Posteriormente, con el objetivo de establecer la equivalencia conceptual, las traducciones obtenidas fueron evaluadas por tres jueces expertos. Estos valoraron la claridad, coherencia y relevancia de cada ítem. Luego, se estimó el acuerdo interjueces utilizando el coeficiente V de Aiken, acompañado de sus respectivos intervalos de confianza, con un puntaje de corte de V=0.7. De los 21 reactivos, 17 alcanzaron valores óptimos en todas las dimensiones evaluadas. Los cuatro restantes fueron considerados redundantes respecto a otros ítems dentro de su dimensión. Los resultados obtenidos ofrecen evidencia preliminar favorable sobre la validez de contenido de la versión argentina del instrumento, aunque se señala la necesidad de revisar algunos ítems para su implementación en el ámbito local. Therefore, it is essential to have appropriate instruments for its assessment. Currently, one of the most widely used internationally is the Driving Behavior Survey.The objective of this study is to present the adaptation and content validation of the Argentine adaptation of this test. For the Spanish version of the items, a direct translation was carried out by three independent translators with training in psychology. Subsequently, to establish conceptual equivalence, the resulting translations were evaluated by three expert judges. They assessed the clarity, coherence, and relevance of each item. Inter-rater agreement was then estimated using Aiken’s V coefficient, accompanied by their respective confidence intervals, with a cutoff score of V=0.7. Of the 21 items, 17 achieved optimal values ??in all the dimensions assessed. The remaining four were considered redundant with respect to other items within their dimension. The results obtained offer preliminary evidence favorable to the content validity of the Argentine version of the instrument, although some items need to be revised for local implementation.
