La presente investigación aborda el derecho de las mujeres a la interrupción legal del embarazo y su acceso en centros de salud y hospitales de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. El aborto requiere de aspectos legales y de aspectos vinculados con la salud que incluyen los estereotipos de los/as profesionales, tanto en lo referido a la promoción de los derechos sexuales y reproductivos para prevenir un embarazo como así también a las prácticas garantes de la interrupción legal del mismo. Los derechos sexuales y reproductivos y el derecho a la salud se vinculan estrechamente a valores de igualdad y no discriminación,autonomía personal y a vivir libre de violencia en el ejercicio de la sexualidad. Este trabajo es un estudio descriptivo que utiliza una metodología cualitativa,cuyo objetivo principal es describir los estereotipos y prácticas sobre el aborto legal desde los/as profesionales de salud de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Se diseñaron entrevistas semiestrucutradas. Los principales resultados y conclusiones expresan barreras institucionales frente al derecho a la interrupción legal del embarazo, asimismo se observa el estigma de los profesionales que realizan esta práctica y el conflicto social ante la falta de una despenalización total del aborto en la Argentina. Palabras clave Aborto legal, Mujeres, Derecho, Salud, Género ABSTRACT THE WOMEN AND THE LEGAL INTERRUPTION OF THE PREGNANCY: A HEALTH AND GENDER APPROACH This current presentation tackles the right of the women at the legal interruption of the pregnancy and their assistance in health centre and hospitals in the “Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires”. The problem of the abortion requires the approach of the legal and health aspects, including aspects connecting with the stereotypes of the professionals to avoid a pregnancy and also the practical guarantees of the legal interruption in it. The rights in sexuality, reproductive and health are straight linking to the equalities values and no discrimination, personal autonomy and a free life without violence in the practice of sexuality. This work is a developed study that makes use of the qualitative methodology, which the main objective is to guess the stereotypes and practice of the legal abortion form the health professionals in the Ciudad de Buenos Aires. It was designed structured interviews. The main results and conclusions express the existence of institutional obstacles against women who request the legal abortion, as well the stigma emerges in the feelings of this professionals who make or agree this practise and the social conflict in front of the absolutely absent of no-penalty in the abortion in Argentina.
