Luego de 6 años de investigación sobre la temática de acoso escolar y a partir de las demandas de intervención por conflictos de convivencia y maltrato escolar, ocurridos en el ámbito escolar, se implementó un programa de intervención que lleva por nombre “Acciones para la promoción de la Convivencia Pacífica en una Comunidad Educativa”. Se propuso a directivos y docentes la implementación de espacios de capacitación y reflexión, a utilizarse como herramientas útiles para la detección precoz, identificación, análisis y planificación de abordajes efectivos ante las diversas situaciones de maltrato y violencia escolar La primera etapa de abordaje, consistió en realizar un relevamiento de los observables dentro de la comunidad educativa, utilizando diferentes técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información.
