Los testimonios en los juicios por lesa humanidad están atravesados por múltiples análisis y orientaciones desde lo jurídico, lo histórico y lo político. Desde distintas disciplinas se trata de determinar la verdad del testimonio desde un campo de sentido que lo preexiste y que imprime en él su marca de análisis. Indagar desde el campo de la subjetividad qué está en juego en el acto de testimoniar permite dar entrada a una verdad subjetiva que no depende de la perspectiva de cada disciplina. En este trabajo Foucault y Calveiro son algunos referentes teóricos importantes para el punto de partida. Luego se situará, desde el campo del psicoanálisis, lo que importa al carácter singular de una verdad en juego en el testimonio que produce al sujeto que la soporta. LEGAL TRUTH AND SUBJETIVE TRUTH IN TRIALS FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY The testimonies in trials for crimes against humanity are crossed by lots of points of view from the legal, historical and political perspectives. Different disciplines try to determine their truth value from a field that pre-exists the testimony and they print on it their footprint. To analyze from the subjective perspective what is involved in the act of witnessing can be a good way to consider a subjective truth that is not subject to the perspective of each discipline. In the article, Foucault and Calveiro are an important theoretical reference at the beginning. After that, from the psychoanalysis, what matters to the singular value of the truth involved in the testimony, and that produces the subject that supports it, will be treated.
