El trabajo que se presenta tiene como objetivo general investigar los matices del mecanismo de la transferencia en la clínica del autismo infantil. En la clínica con niños, la transferencia se impone como un desafío. Un adulto busca el análisis, mientras que el niño es llevado al análisis, asi que la demanda inicial de los padres. Debido a esta diferencia fundamental al principio del tratamiento analítico podemos ver, también, las diferencias en el tiempo lógico de la consolidación de la transferencia. La transferencia en el tratamiento analítico del niño el agente más importante de la transformación, pero también indicó que las interpretaciones prematuras de la relación de transferencia pueden terminar convirtiéndose en una característica negativa como un obstáculo para el proceso psicoanalítico. Se propone pensar el autismo antes de las estructuras lacanianas de la subjetividad. Lo mismo sucede cuando se dice que la manifestación del síndrome autista se produce en la imposibilidad de la aplicación plena de las estructuras psíquicas. Entonces, ¿cómo es la relación de transferencia en el tratamiento psicoanalítico del autismo? Entendemos que la gestión clínica en el autismo no es por transferencia clásica vía, exigiendo una mayor investigación en relación con la posición del analista. Palabras clave Psicoanálisis, Autismo, Transferencia ABSTRACT THE TRANSFERENCE IN THE PSYCHOANALYTIC TREATMENT OF INFANTILE AUTISM The present paper has as the general objective to investigate the nuances of the transference mecha-nism in the clinic of infantile autism. In the clinic with children, the transference is considered a challenge. An adult search analysis, while a child is taken to the analysis, as the initial demand is originated from the parents. Because of this fundamental difference at the beginning of the analytic treatment it is perceived, also, the differences in logical time in the consolidation of transference. Tustin considered the transference in child analytic treatment the most important agent of transfor-mation, but also indicated that premature interpretations of the transference relationship may end up turning into a negative resource as an obstacle to the psychoanalytic process. Here we proposes to think the autism as prior to the Lacanian structures on the psyche. The manifestation of the autistic syndrome occurs in the impossibility of a full implementation of psychic structures. So how does it happen the transference relationship in the psychoanalytic clinic of autism? We understand that the management in clinical autism is not through the classic transference, demanding further investigation regarding the position of the analyst.
