El presente trabajo de enfoque cualitativo tiene por objetivo, investigar el fenómeno psicosomático tomando como punto de referencia su momento de irrupción e interconsulta, a través de una profundización teórica en el terreno del psicoanálisis. Delimitación que partirá desde los desarrollos realizados por Freud, Lacan, y autores más actuales que desarrollaron el tema. Se llega a la aproximación que la irrupción de la psicosomática, comprende en principio con pacientes que acuden al médico en muchas ocasiones por malestares en el cuerpo que seguramente obtendrán desde esa mirada médica una medicalización que opere sobre el síntoma somático pero que frente a la falta de resultados positivos, lleven a una interconsulta psicológica en la búsqueda de una remisión del malestar. Aunque no siempre esto ocurre, y la medicalización tapona encontrar un camino alternativo a aquello que se observa de manifiesto del paciente. La dificultad de interconsulta radica en cómo codifica el médico en principio dicho síntoma somático, ya que en ocasiones, ese paciente no llega la consulta con el psicólogo sino que se remite solo al médico. Nos impulsa a seguir investigando es si se puede generar una cadena significante del malestar somático y ayudar en la interconsulta. Palabras clave Fenómeno Psicosomático,Interconsulta medico,psicológica,Síntoma ABSTRACT THE MEDICAL - PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERCONSULTATION IN THE PSYCHOSOMATIC PHENOMENON This present qualitative work aims to investigate the psychosomatic phenomenon taking as a reference the time of emergence and interconsultation, through a theoretical study in the field of psychoanalysis. Delimitation will depart from the developments from Freud, Lacan, and current authors that they developed it. It comes down to the approach that the emergence of psychosomatic comprises at the beginning with patients who come to the doctor often for ailments of the body that will surely get from the medical gaze medicalization which operate on somatic symptoms but face the lack of positive results, leading to a psychological interconsultation in seeking a referral of discomfort. Although this does not always happen, and the medicalization plugged find an alternative to what is observed apparent patient way. The difficulty of the interconsultation lies in how the doctor encodes initially the somatic symptom, because sometimes the patient does not get the consultation with the psychologist and it refers only to the doctor. Encourages us to continue investigating it is whether it can generate a significant chain in the somatic discomfort to work in the interconsultation.
