Dado el incremento de la casuística de homicidios y de investigaciones relacionadas con Averiguación Causales de Muerte surge la necesidad de ampliar los recursos de investigación y optimizar los existentes, enriqueciendo así el aporte pericial al Proceso Judicial. Con ese objetivo y en el marco del trabajo interdisciplinario, la convergencia de la Criminalística con la Psicología Forense ofrecen la posibilidad de realizar un análisis integrador que permite formular nuevas hipótesis en la investigación criminal. Esta se apoya en tres ejes fundamentales, VICTIMA-VICTIMARIO-ESCENARIOS, elementos que se interrelacionan desde la criminalística por el Intercambio de Indicios y desde lo psicológico, funcionando como un todo inseparable que se influye recíprocamente. El análisis de casos criminales desde esta nueva perspectiva permite establecer el perfil criminológico del autor de un Homicidio, contemplando los elementos y evidencias relacionados con el hecho investigado a partir de lo cual resulta factible establecer circunstancias relativas a los actores, mecánica del hecho, motivación, características de personalidad de la víctima, del victimario, del vinculo entre ambos, etc. De esta manera se abona la aplicación de metodologías interdisciplinarias en la base de la investigación criminal. Palabras clave Interdisciplinario Criminalística Psicología Investigación ABSTRACT INTERDISCIPLINARY CONVERGENCE IN THE METHODOLOGY OF THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION In view of the increase of the casuistry of homicides and of investigation related to Inquiry of Causes of Death there arises the need to extend the resources of investigation and to optimize the existing ones, enriching this way the expert contribution to the Judicial Process. With this aim and in the frame of the interdisciplinary work, the convergence of the Criminalistic with the Forensic Psychology they offer the possibility of realizing an of integration analysis that allows to formulate new hypotheses in the criminal investigation. This one rests on three fundamental axes, VICTIM-VICTIMAZER-SCENARIOS, elements that are interrelated from the criminalistic by the Exchange of Evidence and from the psychological thing, working as the quite inseparable one that is influenced reciprocally. The analysis of criminal cases from this new perspective allows to establish the criminological profile of the author of a Homicide, contemplating the elements and evidences related to the fact investigated from which it turns out to be feasible to establish circumstances relative to the actors, mechanics of the fact, motivation, characteristics of personality of the victim, of the victimazer, of the link between both, etc. Hereby it is contributed with the application of interdisciplinary methodologies in the base of the criminal investigation.
