Neuroticismo y estrés laboral

Resumen
El objetivo principal del estudio fue indagar las posibles relaciones entre los niveles de estrés laboral, neuroticismo y antigüedad laboral. Sujetos: se evaluó a 31 sujetos adultos de entre 30 y 50 años, empleados del Sanatorio de UOM, Seccional San Martín, Prov. Bs. As. Instrumentos: EPQ-A y el Inventario de Estrés Ocupacional (OSI), antigüedad laboral: se indagó la fecha de ingreso de cada empleado y el tiempo transcurrido hasta la actualidad. Resultados: se encuentra una correlación positiva entre neuroticismo y la dimensión de estrés laboral PSQ. También se halló que los sujetos con alto neuroticismo puntuaron más alto en PSQ que los de bajo neuroticismo. A raíz de los resultados, en investigaciones futuras, pueden buscarse los factores específicos generadores de los niveles de estrés, evaluando si las condiciones laborales/ ambientales son satisfactorias para el sujeto y permiten su desarrollo o si es la carencia de un buen ámbito laboral el estresor directo. Teniendo en cuenta las puntuaciones individuales, los mismos puntúan alto en el nivel ORQ que determina que son los estresores ocupacionales los causantes del estrés laboral a nivel individual. Palabras clave Estres Laboral Neuroticismo Antigüedad ABSTRACT JOB STRESS AND NEUROTICISM The principal lens of the study was to investigate the possible relations between the levels of job stress, neuroticism and labour antiquity. Subjects: It was evaluated to 31 adult subjects of between 30 and 50 years, personnel of UOM’s Sanatorium, Sectional St Martin, Prov. Bs. As. Instruments: EPQ - A and the Inventory of Occupational Stress (OSI), labour antiquity: It was investigated the date of revenue of every employee and the time passed up to the current importance. Results: one finds a positive correlation between neuroticism and the dimension of job stress PSQ. Also one found that the subjects with high place neuroticism punctuated higher in PSQ those them of down neuroticism. Immediately after the results, in future researches, there can be looked the specific generating factors of the levels of stress, evaluating if the conditions labour/environmental are satisfactory for the subject and allow his development or if it is the lack of a good labour area the direct stressor. Having in it counts the individual punctuations, the same they count high place in the level ORQ that it determines that they are the occupational stressors the causers of the job stress to individual level.
