Este trabajo se propone responder si el psicoanálisis es político y si su ejercicio tiene un efecto político. Más aún, pensar cómo puede intervenir el psicoanálisis en el campo de lo político. Interrogar sobre el “psicoanálisis de la política” llevará a un planteamiento sobre la “política del psicoanálisis”. Política, que etimológicamente significa “ciudadano, civil, relativo al ordenamiento de la ciudad”, también indica que cualquiera hace política con solo manifestarse. Así, toda reflexión sobra la vida colectiva, la sociedad y la cultura, es y no puede dejar de ser un acto político. Freud no pudo dejar de ser un sujeto político. Para Lacan la política procede por identificación, manipula los significantes amos, y da lugar a lo colectivo. El Otro es político, ese discurso amo donde ve el envés del psicoanálisis. Si el hombre es un animal político es porque es un ser hablante y hablado, un sujeto del inconciente, que recibe del Otro los significantes que lo dominan y representan. Hay que poner al psicoanálisis al servicio de la política. Los analistas deben pasar del analista como “especialista de la des-identificación” a la posición del analista ciudadano, entendiendo que hay comunidad de intereses entre el discurso analítico y la democracia. Moreover, thinking how it can intervene psychoanalysis in the field of politics. Questioned on the “psychoanalysis of the policy” will bring to an approach on the “policy of psychoanalysis”. Policy, which etymologically means “citizen, concerning the management of the city”, also indicates that any makes policy with only demonstrate. Thus, all reflection exceeds the collective life, the society and the culture, is and it cannot stop being a political act. Freud could not stop being a political subject. For Lacan the policy comes by identification, it manipulates the significant masters, and it gives rise to the group. The Other is politician, that speech master where it sees the contrary of the psychoanalysis. If the man is a political animal he is because he is a speaking and spoken one, an unconscious subject, that receives from the Other the significant ones that dominates it and represents. It is necessary to put to the psychoanalysis to the service of the policy. The analysts must happen of the analyst like “specialist in removing identification” to the position of the citizen analyst, understanding that there is community of interests between the analytical speech and the democracy.
