Objetivos: Presentar una experiencia de Investigación en Sistemas y Servicios de Salud, promovida desde el Área de Capacitación, Investigación y Asesoramiento del Programa de Atención e Investigación de Adicciones del CONNAF; cuyo propósito es generar un Programa participativo de producción de información e investigación sobre la red de prestación de servicios en adicciones del CONNAF. Métodos: La investigación incluye actividades con los distintos actores sociales involucrados en la producción de información. Propone la construcción de espacios de reflexión e intercambio, los cuales articulan una doble dimensión del proceso: en tanto estrategia de construcción de viabilidad y factibilidad para la investigación, y en tanto espacio de reflexión acción para la generación de políticas público sociales relacionadas con esta área de problemas. Resultados: Se describen los resultados alcanzados al finalizar el primer año de trabajo, relativos a uno de los objetivos generales propuestos: el diseño de un sistema integral de información sobre la población beneficiaria de la red de prestación de servicios. Específicamente, se trata de favorecer la puesta en marcha de un sistema de registro/admisión y diseñar un paquete mínimo de datos estandarizados de la población beneficiaria. Resumen en Inglés Objectives: To present an investigation in Health Systems and Services, sponsored by the Training, Investigation and Counseling Area of the CONNAF Department for the Infancy, Adolescence and Family Program, the purpose of which is to create a Program for the production of information and encouragement of investigation about the CONNAF provision of services for addictions network. Methods: The investigation includes activities in which the different social participants involved in the development of information take part. It proposes the creation of activities devoted to reflection and interchange, which articulate the process in its two dimensions: as a construction strategy for the feasibility and possibility of investigations, and as an activity devoted to reflect on and carry out public social policies related to these type of problems. Results: The results obtained after the end of the first year, related to the proposed general objectives, are described: the design of an integral information system on the population that may benefit from the services network, specifically, the starting of a recording/ admission system, and the design of a minimum group of standarized data about the participants.
