El presente trabajo constituye un aporte original de tipo exploratorio al campo de la Ética en la práctica jurídica. Posibilitará la reflexión de las problemáticas referidas a la ética y más precisamente a la confidencialidad, en el quehacer profesional del psicólogo en el área jurídica. Esta investigación propone sistematizar y comprender los argumentos éticos esgrimidos por los Psicólogos Jurídicos de la ciudad de Mar del Plata. Este proyecto forma parte del anteproyecto de la tesis doctoral "Dilemas Eticos en la práctica profesional de los Psicólogos Jurídicos" de quien suscribe y se articula con otro mayor que viene desarrollándose en la Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, Universidad de Tel Aviv y en la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, que investigan la relación de los psicólogos con los dilemas éticos que suelen presentarse en su accionar profesional en los distintos campos de aplicación de la psicología. Resumen en Inglés The present work constitutes an original contribution of exploratory type to the field of the actually legal Ethics. It will more indeed make possible the reflection of the problematic ones referred to the ethics and the confidentiality, in the professional task of the psychologist in the legal area. This investigation proposes to systematize and to include/understand the ethical arguments used by the Legal Psychologists of the city of Mar del Plata . This project comprises of the first draft of the doctoral thesis "actually professional Ethics Dilemmas of the Legal Psychologists" of whom subscribe and he articulates with the other greater one than he comes being developed in the National University from Buenos Aires, University of Tel Aviv and in the National University of Sea of the Silver, that investigate the relation of the psychologists with the ethical dilemmas that usually appear in his to drive professional in the different fields from application of psychology.
