El objetivo de este trabajo reside en establecer si el sueño adquiere en las obras de Klein y Bion, un estatuto diferente en función de los aportes teóricos innovadores que realizan estos autores, en relación con los principales postulados freudianos acerca del tema. Desde este eje psicoanalítico, se brinda un modelo particular para describir e investigar el papel medular que corresponde a la experiencia emocional y a la capacidad de simbolizarla y por lo tanto a la posibilidad de pensar, recordar y soñar. Es por eso que interesa establecer la relación entre el procesamiento de las experiencias emocionales y la capacidad de soñar, para establecer si es posible otorgarle un nuevo status al sueño al interior de la obra de Klein y Bion. Resumen en Inglés The objective of this work is to analyze whether dream acquires a different status in Klein’s and Bion’s works, taking into account the innovative theoretical aspects introduced by these authors, in connection to the main freudian claims about this topic. From this psychoanalytic perspective, a particular model is put forward. This model attempts to describe and examine the key role of emotional experience and the capacity for symbolizing it, and thus the possibility to think, to remember and to dream. Because of this, it is important to establish the relationship between the processing of emotional experiences and the capacity to dream in order to analyze the possibility of assigning dream a new status in Klein’s and Bion’s works.
