Este artículo se refiere a las características que adquiere el conflicto psíquico en las patologías vinculadas a la simbolización y a la importancia de intervenir terapéuticamente a fin de incluir la problemática del conflicto al interior del tratamiento. El conflicto psíquico es resultado de un psiquismo dividido en instancias, pero no todo conflicto psíquico debe ser considerado patológico, ya que es precisamente el conflicto lo que dinamiza la actividad psíquica. En la clínica de niños con problemas de simbolización consideraremos al conflicto como patológico cuando, por su carácter restrictivo, perturbe la actividad representativa. La investigación sobre la práctica dio luz sobre las características de las intervenciones en esta clínica, permitiendo comprobar que éstas se orientan, con un alto grado de prevalencia, a visibilizar el conflicto y sus formas de aparición, así como también a propiciar la actividad reflexiva, necesaria para que se generen verdaderos cambios subjetivos. The psychic conflict is the result of a psyche divided into instances, but not all psychic conflicts should be considered pathological, because conflict stimulates mental activity. At the clinic for children with problems of symbolization we consider the conflict as pathological when, due to their restrictive nature, disturbs the representative activity. Research on the practice gave birth on the characteristics of interventions in this clinic, allowing to verify that they are oriented, with a high degree of prevalence, to make visible the conflict and their forms of appearance, as well as promove the reflexive activity, necesary for real subjective shifts.
