En esta exposición nos proponemos precisar los conceptos de sanción penal, ley, culpa y sujeto, y sus articulaciones, desde el marco teórico psicoanalítico, con el fin de hacer comprensible nuestra hipótesis principal de investigación. Por este mismo motivo diferenciamos la sanción del castigo y comparamos sus efectos con la impunidad.
