El presente trabajo es el sexto de una secuencia destinada a explorar la construcción del concepto de identificación en las sucesivas etapas de la enseñanza de Lacan, reconocer sus transformaciones y delimitar la formulación de los distintos tipos de identificación que aparecen a lo largo de dicha enseñanza. Dentro de ese marco, el trabajo aborda el período que se extiende entre la segunda mitad del Seminario 5, y el comienzo del Seminario 9. El trabajo verifica que los modos en que Lacan aborda la identificación simbólica en esos dos seminarios son muy diversos entre sí, y que en el transcurso entre uno y otro dispersa su elaboración de la identificación en múltiples direcciones. Mientras que en el período siguiente, con la introducción del concepto de rasgo unario, Lacan concentrará su análisis de la identificación en la relación del sujeto con el significante, en el período que hemos explorado ella se desplaza entre diferentes tópicos, fundamentalmente el ideal del yo y sus insignias, el falo, el deseo y su objeto, el fantasma, el amor. Palabras clave Identificación simbólica Ideal del yo Insignia Identificación con el falo ABSTRACT THE DIVERSITY OF IDENTIFICATIONS IN JACQUES LACAN’S WORKS DURING THE 1958 - 1961 PERIOD This is the sixth work of a sequence aimed at exploring the construction of the identification concept along the successive stages of Lacan’s teachings, identifying the concept’s transformations and delimitating the formulation of the different types of identification present in the course of said teachings. Within this framework, the present work covers the period between the second half of the Fifth Seminar and the beginning of the Ninth Seminar. This work verifies that the ways in which Lacan addresses the symbolic identification in both seminars differ widely, and that in the period between seminars, the formulation of the identification concept spreads in multiple directions. During the following period, with the introduction of the unary trait concept, Lacan focuses his analysis of the identification on the subject’s relationship with the significant, whereas, in the period explored, the relationship moves among different topics - mainly, the ego ideal and its emblems, the phallus, desire and its object, the phantom and love.
