Introducción: Los inventarios autoreportados ILOP, OQ-45.2 y Symptom Checklist-90 miden la evolución del malestar del consultante a lo largo del tratamiento. Se compara el ILOP con el OQ-45 y el Symptom Checklist-90 de Derogatis para determinar si existe correlación entre los mismos. Materiales y métodos: se administró los tres inventarios a 357 consultantes, durante el tratamiento. Se compararon los puntajes totales mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. Se calcularon los valores centrales y de dispersión. Resultados: hay una correlación altamente significativa entre el índice de resultados del ILOP y el índice de malestar positivo (PSDI) del Symptom Checklist-90, siendo la Rho de Spearman - 0,601 (p<0,01). También entre el ILOP y el puntaje total del OQ-45.2, siendo el Rho de Spearman -0,454 (p<0,01). Conclusiones: el ILOP presentaría una alta correlación con dos inventarios testeados internacionalmente: el OQ-45.2 y el Symptom Checklist-90. Confirmaría su capacidad en la medición de la evolución del tratamiento. Se utilizan para evaluar la evolución del grado de malestar en la psicoterapia. El valor diferencial del ILOP está en que incluye la evaluación de la psicoterapia aplicada, mientras que los OQ-45 y el Symptom Checklist-90 miden reducción del malestar en la sintomatología. ABSTRACT CORRELATION BETWEEN THE ILOP (SZPRACHMAN R. 20032005), OQ-45.2 AND SYMPTOM CHECKLIST-90 SCALES The ILOP (Szprachman R. 2003-2005), OQ-45.2 and Symptom Checklist-90 scales search the discomfort from the patient throughout a psychotherapy treatment. In this paper there are made a comparison between the ILOP (Szprachman R. 20032005), the OQ-45.2 and the Symptom Checklist-90 Scales to determine if there are correlation. 357 patient answer the three scales in moments of the psychotherapy. It were compare the total points scored between each of the three scales through Spearman correlation coefficient. There were estimated the main and the dispersion value. There are a significant highly correlation between the index of result from ILOP and the index of discomfort positive (PSDI) from Symptom Checklist-90, been the Rho from Spearman - 0,601 (p<0,01), as well as between the ILOP and the total points scored of OQ-45.2, been the Rho of Spearman -0,454 (p<0,01). Conclutions: the ILOP by present a high correlation with two scales evaluate internationally as the OQ-45.2 and the Symptom Checklist-90, shoud be confirm the capacity in the measuring the evolution of psychotherapy. This scales are being used to evaluate the discomfort. The difference of ILOP is that ILOP include the evaluation of the psychotherapy used, while the OQ-45 and the Symptom Checklist-90 measure in the symtomatology.
