El presente trabajo aborda la problemática del diagnóstico diferencial a partir de la Escala de Evaluación de las Funciones Yoicas de realidad (Prueba, Adaptación y Juicio) que se aplica a sujetos a quienes se administró el Psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach, haciendo hincapié en cuestiones como el pronóstico y la estrategia terapéutica. Se intenta explorar el alcance de esta Escala en la relación con el diagnóstico clínico previamente obtenido con el Test de Rorschach, indagando su eficacia en detectar la estructura clínica a la que pertenece el sujeto. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 60 sujetos adultos (edades entre 18 y 59 años, media 31,98 años), de ambos sexos, residentes en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires o alrededores. Se evaluaron los resultados de la prueba Rorschach y se aplicó la escala E.F.Y.R. lo que permitió trabajar con grupos de sujetos divididos por diagnósticos clínicos (neurosis, psicosis, perversión y trastorno límite). Se realizaron estadísticos de tendencia central y puntaje z para abordar los primeros objetivos planteados. Esta comunicación constituye un avance del proyecto de investigación enmarcado en la Programación Científica UBACyT 2004-2007. Palabras clave Diagnóstico Rorschach Funciones Realidad ABSTRACT EGO FUNCTIONS OF REALITY AND DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS WITH RORSCHACH TESTING This presentation will show preliminary results of an investigation carried out in the Scientific Program of University of Buenos Aires. It approaches the problem of differential diagnosis from the view of the scale called "Evaluation of Ego Functions of reality" (test, judgment and adaptation to reality), which is applied to individuals who have gone through Rorschach testing, and bearing in mind key issues such as prognosis and therapeutical decisions. It’s a goal to explore the effectiveness of this scale in detecting the clinical structure of the individual after comparing it with the diagnosis given by Rorschach test. The population sample was formed with 60 adult individuals (aged between 18 and 59 years old, mean being 31,98 years old), male and female, all residents in the city of Buenos Aires or suburbs. The results of the Rorschach test were evaluated and the scale was applied in order to divide the individuals in four different groups according to their previous diagnosis (neurosis, psychosis, perversion, and borderline).
