Trazaremos un recorrido histórico, en relación al reconocimiento de los derechos humanos, y los instrumentos legales vigentes. Reflexionaremos acerca de nuestra posición al respecto, y como incide, en nuestra tarea y en la organización de las instituciones que nos atraviesan. Instituciones, conformadas por sujetos, que constituyen la cultura, que producen y son producto de cambios sociales. Nuestra subjetividad, signa el posicionamiento de cada uno como profesional, y su postura ética. C.I.D.N. es un instrumento sobre derechos humanos, destinado a la infancia, identifica claramente quienes son los responsables del cumplimiento de estos derechos. Sostiene que el niño es titular de derechos como ciudadano, lo que se produce a partir de la construcción de un nuevo paradigma, que permite un pasaje: del menor como objeto de tutela, al niño como sujeto de derecho Argentina, adhirió a la C.I.D.N. en 1994, desde ese momento este instrumento, se debía hacer valer, tanto en lo jurídico, educacional, y en nuestra tarea clínica. 21 años después ,se produce otro movimiento que ratifica y contiene a este, entra en vigencia del Nuevo Código Civil, que engloba las regulaciones ya planteadas por la C.I.D.N. El entramado de estos instrumentos, conforma un marco regulatorio, y sostenedor de nuestras prácticas.
