Nos proponemos investigar las diferentes elecciones sexuales desde la teoría psicoanalítica, en donde el concepto de pulsión es el fundamento, en contrapunto con otras posiciones teóricas. Tomamos la noción del nuevo derecho, diferenciando derecho del deber, en tanto para Freud el imperativo de goce es el superyó. Asimismo articulamos lo que podría decir el psicoanálisis sobre la discriminación y la segregación con las teorizaciones al respecto de otros autores provenientes de otros campos del saber. We take the notion of the new law, distinguishing right of duty , while for Freud the imperative of enjoyment is the superego.
