En el marco del Proyecto de Investigación Ubacyt “El sentimiento inconsciente de culpa como índice negativo del deseo”, donde investigamos el sentimiento inconsciente de culpa como un elemento psíquico que escapa al dominio del yo aunque en el mismo se vea concernido con certeza, hemos decidido explorar el complejo tema de la culpa y la responsabilidad en la infancia. Analizamos las dificultades estructurales para conceptualizar una responsabilidad para el ser hablante en la infancia, tal cual la pensamos desde el psicoanálisis, desligada de la instancia parental. Sostenemos sin embargo que si bien en la infancia no encontramos la posibilidad estructural del acto en tanto acto sexual, sí podemos ubicar las coordenadas del acto lúdico, del juego, en tanto antecedente fundamental del acto que arribará pospuberalmente para el ser hablante, permitiéndole responsabilizarse de su posición ante el deseo del Otro. Palabras clave Culpa, Responsabilidad, Acto, Juego ABSTRACT GUILT, RESPONSABILTY AND ACT IN CHILDHOOD Under the Ubacyt Research Project “The unconscious felling of guilt as a negative index of desire”, where we studied the unconscious feeling of guilt as a psychic element that escapes the ego control although being concerned in it with certainty. We decided to explore the difficult subject of guilt and reponsability in childhood. We analize the structural difficulties that exist to conceptualize responsability in the young speaking being, as we think it in psychoanalisis, separated from the parental instance. Otherwise we affirm that even though in childhood we don´t find the strurctural possibility of the act as sexual act, we can define the coordenates of the ludic act, of playing, as the fundamental backgroung of the act that will arrive after puberty for the speaking being,allowing him to asume a responsable position before the desire of the Other.
