El presente trabajo se inscribe en las conclusiones de la investigación iniciada hace tres años, donde en asociación con el proyecto IBIS de la Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, se administró un cuestionario a profesionales de la salud mental, que indaga respuestas ante Dilemas éticos provenientes de la práctica clínica. En esta oportunidad nos detendremos en dos situaciones donde está involucrado el abuso de menores y el posicionamiento que adoptan los psicólogos frente a la posibilidad de levantar el secreto profesional. Las respuestas dadas por los profesionales encuestados son, en un segundo nivel de análisis, relacionadas con las variables antigüedad en el ejercicio de la profesión y marco teórico de referencia, entendiendo que mas allá del eje deontológico la experiencia y el marco referencial desde donde el psicólogo realiza su práctica debería poder dar consistencia a su respuesta. Palabras Clave Etica Confidencialidad Abuso Menores Abstract BEHAVIORS THAT THE PSYCHOLOGISTS ASSUME IN FRONT OF SITUATIONS DILEMMATICS THAT INVOLVE THE ABUSE OF SMALLER. The present work has registered for three years in the conclusions of the initiate investigation, where in association with the project IBIS of the National University of Buenos Aires, a questionnaire was administered to professionals of the mental health that investigates answers before ethical Dilemmas coming from the clinical practice. In this opportunity we will stop in two situations where the abuse is involved of smaller and the positioning that the psychologists adopt in front of the possibility of lifting the professional secret. The answers given by the interviewed professionals are, in a second analysis level, related with the variable antiquity in the exercise of the profession and theoretical mark of reference, understanding that but there of the axis deontological the experience and the mark referencial from where the psychologist carries out his practice he should can to give consistency to to his answer.
