Se presenta una síntesis de los resultados alcanzados en el ProyectodeInvestigación“Estudioindagatoriodecomportamientos adictivos en estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis. Aportes para el desarrollo de estrategias de prevención de las adicciones”, subsidiado por la Universidad Nacional de San Luis. Se indaga en estudiantes,entre 3º y 5º año, de distintas carreras la presencia de comportamientos adictivos y las posibles diferencias entre sí. Se sigue un diseño de tipo exploratoriodescriptivo. La muestra es accidental de estudiantes de las carreras de Psicología, Biología, Bioquímica, Comunicación Social, y Ciencias de la Computación. La colaboración de los alumnos es voluntaria y anónima. Se utiliza el “Test des comportements addictifs” (TCA) Vavassori, D; (2002), compuesto por una Escala de Autoevaluación y una Entrevista Semiestructurada que evalúa sobre dependencia, abstinencia, aburrimiento, la posición del medio ambiente frente al comportamiento del sujeto, los gastos relativos al comportamiento adictivo y la noción de juicio moral, entre otras. Se comenta acerca de la recepción en el seno universitario sobre la propuesta de investigación y su implementación. A partir de los resultados se pretenden optimizar las prácticas de un Programa deAsistencia Psicológica desarrollado en el ámbito de la Universidad. Palabras Clave comportamientos adictivos universidad asistencia Abstract RESEARCH ON ADDICTIVE BEHAVIORS OF NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SAN LUIS STUDENTS. THE CHALLENGE OF INQUIRING INTO FACULTIES This work synthesizes the results obtained in the Research Project “Inquiry into addictive behaviors of National University of San Luis students for the development of prevention strategies on addictions, subsidized by National University of San Luis” In this explorative-descriptive study, addictive behaviors of university students and the possible differences between them with respect to addictions and undergraduate programs were examined. The random sample was made up of 3rd-to-5th-year students of Psychology, Biology, Biochemistry, Social Communication and Computer Sciences. Students’ participation was voluntary and anonymous. The Test of Addictive Behaviors, (Vavassori, D., 2002) composed of an Self-evaluation Scale and a Semi-structured Interview was applied. It assesses dependency, abstinence, boredom, the position of environment with respect to the subject’s behavior, expenses as a consequence of an addictive behavior, and the concept of moral judgment, among others. The reception of this research proposal by the university community and its implementation are analyzed. Based on the results, this work is aimed at optimizing the implementation of the Program of Psychological Care of National University of San Luis. Key words addictive behaviors University Care
