La impronta de los cambios en la nueva sociedad interconectada global reclaman análisis comprensivos-interpretativos continuos de la realidad. La Hermenéutica Organizacional es un Paradigma comprensivo de la Gestión que se traduce, a partir de lo anterior, en un modelo accional probado en organizaciones de distinto tipo, facilitando el proceso de orientar a los seres humanos, en su especificidad y su determinación como tales, detrás de los valores de una organización traducidas por una misión; siendo éste uno de los desafíos fundamentales de la nueva gestión. A partir de la aceptación de los valores y la misión, se encadenan la motivación, el compromiso, la innovación y en consecuencia la articulación dinámica del conocimiento aplicado a la organización. Abstract THE INTERPRETATION AS ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT PARADIGM The mark of the changes in the new global interconnected company they demand continuous comprehensive interpretive analysis of the reality. The Hermenéutica Organizacional is a comprehensive Paradigm of the Management that is translated, from the previous thing, in a model accional tested in organizations of different type, facilitating the process of orienting to the human beings, in its specificity and its decision as such, behind the values of an organization translated by a mission; being this one of the fundamental challenges of the new management. From the acceptance of the values and the mission, are chained the motivation, the commitment, the innovation and consequently the dynamic articulation of the knowledge applied to the organization.
