En este trabajo se analiza la asertividad del discurso y la centralidad comunicacional de los participantes que resuelven una tarea de toma de decisión. La muestra estará integrada por 100 alumnos de la carrera de Psicología (UNMdP), quienes resuelven en grupos de 5 participantes cada uno, una tarea decisional múltiple concatenada, denominada Moon Survival (Hall & Watson, 1970). Las interacciones se producen en forma presencial o mediada por computadora. Las comunicaciones quedan audiograbadas en el caso de los grupos presenciales y como logs del chat en los grupos mediados por computadora. Mediante el análisis de redes se puede evaluar la centralidad comunicacional de los participantes, examinán-dose la cantidad de alocuciones como el contenido de los mismos. La asertividad del discurso se realiza por medio de una evaluación interjueces, empleando una escala Likert de 7 puntos. Se considera que, las restricciones que impone el canal de comunicación sobre la presencia social de los actores (en las interacciones mediadas por computadora) generan diferencias en cuanto al volumen comunicacional y la asertividad de los participantes. Se hallaron correlaciones significativas entre la centralidad comunicacional y la asertividad del discurso. Palabras Clave Comunicación Asertividad Decisión Grupos Abstract THE ASSERTIVENESS OF THE DISCOURSE AND THE CENTRALITY OF THE COMMUNICATION IN A DECISIONAL TASK In this report it is analyzed the assertiveness of the discourse and the centrality of the communication of the participants that solve a making decision task. The sample will be compose of 100 students of the Psychology career (UNMdP), who solve in groups of five members each one, a multiple concatenated decision task, called Moon Survival (Hall & Watson, 1970). The interactions are developed in a presential way or mediated by computer. The communications are recorded in audio cassette in the case of the presence groups, and as log of the chat in the groups mediated by computer. By the network analysis it can be assess the participants’ centrality of the communication, being examinated the amount of alocutions and their content as well. The assertiveness of the discourse is made by means of an interjudges evaluation, employing a Likert scale of 7 points. It is considered that, the restrictions that the communicational channel imposed on the social presence of the actors (in the computer mediated interactions) make differences in the communicational volumen and the assertiveness of the participants. There were significant correlations between the communicational centrality and the assertiveness of the discourse. Key words Communication Assertiveness Decision Groups
